Headache tracker
Headache days blur together. By the time you're in front of your doctor, the dates, the severity, what you took, how long each one lasted; most of it is gone. A headache diary holds onto it for you, and that detail is what helps your provider actually adjust your treatment.
Headlog, designed by Dr. Fred Cohen, makes the logging part fast. Tap a day on the calendar, set the severity, note the medication you took, add any details worth remembering. When it's time for your appointment, download the report and upload it through your patient portal. Use Headlog, use a paper journal, use the notes app — whatever you'll stick with. The tracking is what matters.
